Thermal Cycle Test Rig

An innovative and unique solution allowing a customer to control voltage and current delivered to a test sample in a temperature-controlled envirenment. Mechanical, Electrical and programming provided for all heating, environment and monitoring control, along with commissioning and calibration.

Inspection Coiler

A cost effective coiling solution for a customer looking to improve working and environmental safety within their facility. The coiler can operate at any height between 0.5 and 1,5 metres, and features an automated retracting spindle, allowing complete coils to simply be rolled away from the winder.

Complete conversion of control system and gear to AC drives and motors

IO-Link Feasibility Study

Customer required a detailed cost-benefit analysis for converting an existing range of sensors to IO-Link standard, including the possibility of creating their own range of communication interfaces and amplifiers.
